  • Management of your candidate attraction campaigns, and create your adverts to include SEO, candidate screening, shortlisting and conducting interviews.   Conducting for you the Competency Based element of the Interviews, either  telephone and /or face to face.
  • Key focus on Candidate Experience improvement / enhancement.  In this day of social media you can’t ignore the power of the candidate voice!Recruitment agency management including implementation of PSL’s, and fee negotiations
  • Creation of relevant in-house / bespoke competencies needed for each role, from shop floor to executive level.
  • Facilitating training and in-house accreditation for all levels of hiring managers.  This can be as a group or one on one coaching
  • Personality Profiling SHL level A certified and by the British Psychological Society.
  • Facilitation and design of bespoke Assessment Centers
