I use social media, networking, blogs, tweets, attend conferences, exhibitions, to make myself visible and let people know what type of talent I’m searching for, or information gathering for projects I’m working on.  I’m well known out there, for being excellent at networking, and for getting things done.

I have been an HR professional for over 25 years, and for 9 years was the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager in a global organisation, where I spent time working in our European and US locations, as well as supporting my colleagues in Asia.

I have been very fortunate to work with Trisha for a number of years at Premier Farnell.
